Our long established logistics client based nearDerby Derbyshirehas an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Description.
Work involvesClass 1 HGV Driving Trunkingwork across the UK to RDC\βs, Manufacturing Sites or similar types of site across the UK. Also you may be required to do Hub Run work as well, all work involvesvery limited or no handballing at all.
This is ongoing Monday to Friday work, start times around 1700pm to 1900pm each evening
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Up to date CPC for your Class 1
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 1
You Must:
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary
- Monday to Friday Nights per hour: Β£16.00 ph (PAYE), Β£18.50 ph (Umbrella)
- The above rates areeither PAYE or Umbrella, please see above accordingly, the choice is yours
