Our Customer
Our long established logistics client based Chesterfield Derbyshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Description.
Work involves Class 1 HGV Driving work to Manufacturing Sites or other similar sites across the UK. Various start times available ranging from Days 0400am to 0800am and Nights from 1600pm onwards.
Experience with Curtain Sider or Box Trailers would be an advantage but not essential, we also have Flat Bed work available should you require this type of work instead.
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Up to date CPC for your Class 1
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 1
You Must:
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary:
- Days per hour: Β£15.00 ph (PAYE), Β£17.50 ph (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
- Night per hour: Β£16.00 ph (PAYE), Β£18.50 ph (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
- Days/Nights β Saturdays β Β£18.00 (PAYE), Β£20.00 (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
- Days/Nights β Sundays β Β£20.00 (PAYE), Β£22.00 (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye)
- The above rates are either PAYE or Umbrella,please see above accordingly
