HGV Class 1 Driver - Shunting - Monday to Friday (7am to 6pm)
Start Date: Immediate
Our long established logistics client based near Alfreton, Derbyshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis.
Job Description: Work involves Class 1 HGV Driving work to Shunting on site and experience using Terberg Tugs is essential for this position. Experience with Curtain Sider or Box Trailers would be an advantage but not essential. Ongoing work available to the right Driver for this position.
Licence requirements:
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Up to date CPC for your Class 1
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 1
You Must:
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no Jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary: Days per hour: £15.00 ph (PAYE), £17.50 ph (Inc Holiday Pay Via our Umbrella Paye). The above rates are either PAYE or Umbrella, please see above accordingly.
