About the Role
Our long established logistics client based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire has an urgent requirement for HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their team on a regular ongoing basis. Work involves Class 1 HGV driving and trunking across the UK to manufacturing sites or similar locations, with some back hauling required. Staying in touch with the transport team is a vital part of this work.
Licence requirements
- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Up to date CPC for your Class 1
- Up to date Digi card for your Class 1
You Must
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Be punctual
- Smart appearance as you will be representing the company (no jeans etc.)
- Keep vehicle clean and to a good standard
- Good communication skills are essential for this position as you might be needed to be contactable throughout the shift
Salary
- Days per hour: £15.00 ph (PAYE), £17.50 ph (Umbrella)
- Night per hour: £16.00 ph (PAYE), £18.50 ph (Umbrella)
- Days/Nights – Saturdays – £18.00 (PAYE), £20.00 (Umbrella)
- Days/Nights – Sundays – £20.00 (PAYE), £22.00 (Umbrella)
- The above rates are either PAYE or Umbrella, please see above accordingly
