Tom James Company is an outside sales company in the custom clothing industry. We build and develop a clientele of top business executives in the cities we live in. As an outside Sales Professional, we book appointments with clients to meet them in the comfort of their office or home to address their wardrobe needs. This is a relationship-driven and consultative approach to selling. This role is a combination of in-office and in-field activities.

  • Build a Clientele: Generate and develop leads using the latest technology, prospecting and referral generation methods.
  • Schedule Appointments: Daily phone calling with prospects/leads to schedule sales appointments.
  • Sales Meetings with clients: Prepare for, and visit, customers at their most convenient location to guide their buying decisions.
  • Measuring: Learn to measure and fully fit custom garments to the customer.
  • Service: Be your customer’s constant advocate and advisor, ensuring their experience is seamless and you’ve built a repeat client.
  • Ability to generate your own leads and schedule your appointments after going through our extensive training program.
