Role – Security Analyst -SAP Identity
Location – Coventry, Birmingham
Hybrid – 3 Days/Week
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on SAP environments (SAP SuccessFactors,
SAP GRC, etc.).
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integration and user provisioning.
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity governance frameworks within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and its integration with IAM solutions.
• Experience with security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001) as they relate to IAM.
• Strong understanding of IAM tools and platforms, including SAP Identity solutions and third-party IAM technologies.
• Experience in evaluating, procuring, and deploying IAM tools to meet business and security needs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex identity and access
issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical
stakeholders.
