Role- Oracle HCM Technical Consultant Location – London (Hybrid) Contract Inside IR35 Job Description:: The role: We seek a candidate with comprehensive knowledge of Oracle HCM and practical configuration experience. Absence Management Configuration Global HR Configuration Implementation experience , with a Key Role we’ve spoken with people who had experience with translating data to load but no config. experience, which we need. Performance Talent Management Experience Understanding of personalization s Security Technical experience Fast Formula HDSLHDL & OTBI reporting. Ideally, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HCM (1.) To manage the overall ERP environment, including multiple modules and integrations. (2.) To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users. (3.) Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and optimization across the ERP system, aligning with business goals. (4.) To perform troubleshooting for complex technical issues at the ERP and database level. (5.) To stay updated on emerging ERP technology trends and transfer knowledge to the team members.
