We\’re on the lookout for a
curious and proactive UX Researcher
to join our Product Design & Research team at tombola.
In this role, you\’ll be the voice of our players – uncovering their needs, behaviours, and motivations to shape the future of our products. Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and more, you\’ll make sure player insight is at the heart of every decision.
From usability testing and interviews to journey maps and personas, you\’ll bring our players\’ stories to life, inspiring teams across tombola to create simple, fun, and responsible experiences.
What you\’ll be doing
- Plan, design, and deliver research studies across the product lifecycle.
