You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, social, and demand teams to concept, shoot, edit, and deliver video content that performs across multiple platforms.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Create, shoot, and edit video content for brand and demand-led campaigns across social media, paid media, display advertising, and in-game promotions.
  • Develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts for video projects, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, performance goals, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, social, and demand generation teams to plan and deliver compelling, audience-first video content.
  • Optimise video content for different platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and web, with an understanding of format, performance, and audience behaviour.
  • Stay up to date with trends in video production, social media, and digital content, bringing fresh ideas that support both creative impact and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to delivery, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
  • Contribute creatively to wider brand and demand generation campaigns, supporting with ideas, storytelling, and execution.

  • Proven experience (2–5+ years) as a Video Producer, Video Content Creator, or in a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production, editing, and storytelling capability.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of social media and paid digital platforms, video formats, and best practices.
