We're on the hunt for a strategic and visionary Product Manager with a specialism in Arcade and Slots to join our Game Studio team in Sunderland. This isn't just about managing a backlog; it’s a chance to hold the pen on the future of our roadmap, defining the vision that keeps our portfolio ahead of the curve.

What You'll Be Getting Up To

  • Roadmap Ownership: Developing and evolving the Arcade roadmap, balancing immediate releases with long-term plans for new arcade mechanics and instant-win genres.
  • Defining the Hook: Partnering with Design and Engine (maths) teams to ensure our games have the right volatility, RTP levels, and player feel to stand out in a competitive market.
  • Strategic Communication: Acting as the primary bridge between the Game Studio and business stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance, CRM etc) to ensure the product vision aligns with commercial goals.
  • Market Insight: Identifying market risks and opportunities, ensuring our production schedule is agile enough to react to player trends and regulatory shifts.
  • Delivery: Managing the localisation and product-market fit for our games across all territories (currently UK, Italy, Spain, Sweden & Denmark), ensuring our Arcade titles resonate with players in every market.
