As Head of People, you will be responsible for mobilising, delivering and embedding the Flutter UK & Ireland (UK&I) People Strategy within tombola.
Working closely with the UK&I People team, Flutter Centres of Excellence and the tombola Leadership Team, you'll deliver a divisionally aligned people strategy that supports local people plans, talent identification and retention, employee engagement, and a high-performing culture, while recognising the unique culture and ways of working that make tombola distinctive.
Reporting to the Managing Director, with a dotted reporting line to the Director of People Partnering (CCO), you'll act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Leadership Team as tombola continues its journey of operational growth and maturity.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and Leadership Team, coaching and supporting senior leaders on people, engagement and performance matters.
Provide strategic input into organisational design to ensure structures enable player-centric, commercial outcomes.
Implement the UK&I talent and performance strategy, identifying and building the skills and capabilities needed to support our strategic workforce plans.
Continuously review our approach to performance, ensuring high performance is recognised and rewarded while supporting colleagues to succeed.
Partner with leaders to embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across the business, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
Build strong relationships across tombola and the wider Flutter Group to enhance individual, team and organisational performance.
Collaborate with the UK&I People team and Flutter Centres of Excellence to share best practice and deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
Provide commercial oversight of people costs and risks, including ownership of the tombola People budget and headcount planning.
Use people data and insight to inform decision-making and support business priorities.
Lead, develop and support a growing People team that is trusted by the business and delivers an excellent colleague experience.
Significant experience partnering with Executive and senior leaders in a complex organisation.
Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders across the full People agenda.
A strong track record in organisational design, talent management, employee engagement, internal communications and strategic workforce planning.
Experience developing and delivering people strategies that support business objectives.
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people solutions.
Experience leading organisational change and complex projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
