tombola is seeking a Lead Developer to join our Game Engine team.
You’ll be hands-on leading the development of our backend game engine, shaping how we build, scale and evolve the systems that power our games.
The role blends technical leadership with coding, mentoring teammates, running code reviews and ensuring performance, compliance and robust design.
You’ll work three days in the Sunderland office and have flexibility to work from home the rest of the time.
