What You’ll Be Getting Up To (A Glimpse into Your New Role!)

  • Your role is to ensure quality and quantity are delivered at exactly the right time by removing friction and enabling creativity.
  • Facilitating and leading ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives across cross-functional teams (Design, Illustration, Dev, QA).
  • Acting as the primary communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (Marketing, Compliance, CRM) with timely project updates.
  • Proactively spotting and resolving risks/issues and negotiating with other teams to ensure resources are available to meet key milestones.
  • Working with project teams to develop detailed user stories and maintaining production schedules and milestone tracking.
  • Managing the localization process for products across all markets, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.
