You\’ll be a key part of ensuring our games are delivered faster and at an even higher quality. A typical day might look like this:
- Defining test specifications and performing in-depth risk analysis on issues.
- Mentoring and coaching our junior testers, helping them grow and excel.
- Managing and scheduling game releases, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Attending cross-functional road-mapping sessions and collaborating with the product team on game requirements.
- Investigating issues at the root cause level and working with developers to find creative solutions.
- Driving process improvements to boost efficiency for the entire game studio.
