👥 Product Design Team

We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and collaborative Product Designer to join our Design Systems team.

This team shapes the foundations of our products – building and maintaining the components, patterns, and guidelines that help tombola squads move faster and deliver experiences that are simple, fun, and responsible.

In this role, you’ll design scalable components in Figma, partner closely with engineers to bring them to life in code, and create documentation that makes the system easy to use. You’ll also support designers and squads to adopt the system, ensuring consistency and quality across all our products.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Creating documentation and resources that make adoption smooth.
  • Supporting squads in using the design system effectively.
  • Iterating and improving components based on feedback.
  • Exploring how AI tools can support design system workflows.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience designing digital products with strong UI and interaction design skills.
  • Knowledge of design systems (components, tokens, libraries).
  • Figma expertise – including auto-layout, variants, and component libraries.
  • Strong attention to detail in typography, spacing, hierarchy, and accessibility.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside engineers.
  • Interest in how AI can responsibly support design.

Nice to have: experience scaling design systems, knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design, or familiarity with front-end concepts.
