Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering engaging player experiences? We’re looking for an Operations Promotions Executive to join our Marketing & Commercial team on a 6-month FTC or secondment.
In this role, you’ll support the smooth delivery of promotions across multiple markets, ensuring they’re not only exciting and impactful but also compliant and commercially effective. You’ll work closely with teams across Product, Tech, Compliance, and Marketing to bring campaigns to life that enhance retention, engagement, and overall performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute promotional campaigns (Arcade, Lifecycle, Free Game) that drive player engagement and retention.
- Localise promotions to align with market nuances while staying true to brand objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure seamless player experiences.
- Champion operational excellence – supporting automation and efficient campaign delivery.
- Analyse performance and use insights to shape future planning and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local market regulations and responsible gaming standards.
- Support planning of promotional calendars and budgets across supported markets.
- Contribute to B2B campaigns, collaborating with external partners when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in online gaming, ideally in promotions, arcade, or lifecycle campaigns.
- Knowledge of European gaming markets (UK, Italy, Spain, Nordics a plus).
- Strong analytical skills – confident in interpreting campaign data to identify improvements.
- Operational precision – able to juggle multiple campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A creative problem-solver who enjoys developing innovative promotions to meet diverse player needs.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and responsible gaming practices.
