Product Design Team

We are on the lookout for a detail-driven and collaborative Product Designer to join our Design Systems team. This team shapes the foundations of our products—building and maintaining the components, patterns, and guidelines that help tombola squads move faster and deliver experiences that are simple, fun, and responsible.

In this role, you will design scalable components in Figma, partner closely with engineers to bring them to life in code, and create documentation that makes the system easy to use. You will also support designers and squads to adopt the system, ensuring consistency and quality across all our products.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and maintaining reusable components and patterns in Figma.
  • Partnering with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Creating documentation and resources that make adoption smooth.
  • Supporting squads in using the design system effectively.
