You\’ll be our go-to guru for making sure our games are super compliant and ready for action. You\’ll be the main point of contact between our clever Game Studio teams and the folks who test and certify our games – ensuring everything is smooth sailing for new releases and updates.

Here\’s a taste of what you\’ll be doing:

• Compliance Champion: You\’ll be the friendly face and primary contact for our accredited test houses, making sure all our new games and updates get their shiny certifications on time.
• Documentation Detective: Keeping all our compliance paperwork, test results, and certificates neat, tidy, and perfectly accurate will be your superpower.
• Internal Insider: You\’ll be keeping our game teams (like the engine and QA wizards) in the loop about test house requirements, helping everything run like clockwork.
• Problem Solver: If any compliance hiccups pop up, you\’ll be on hand to help sort them out quickly and efficiently.
• Regulation Researcher: Staying up-to-date with all the latest online gaming rules and regulations? That\’ll be you!
• Product Pal: You\’ll be working closely with our Product Managers, lending a hand with everything from gathering requirements to understanding what makes our players tick.
• Data Dabbler: Curious about player behaviour? You\’ll get to explore data to help us make smart decisions and fine-tune our games.
• Player Advocate: Ensuring that all those important compliance bits don\’t get in the way of a fantastic player experience – you\’ll be keeping our players at the forefront of your mind.

This role is absolutely vital for us! You\’ll be speeding up how quickly we can get our awesome games out to players and helping our existing Product Managers focus even more on creating the next big thing.

What we\’re looking for in you (your future superpowers!):

The Must-Haves:

• Organisational whiz: You\’ve got an eagle eye for detail.
• People person: You\’re great at talking to people and managing relationships.
• Clear communicator: You can explain tricky things simply, both in writing and when chatting.
• Proactive problem-solver: You love spotting challenges and finding solutions before they even become problems.
• Multi-tasking maestro: You can juggle several tasks at once in a fast-paced environment and still keep your cool.

The Nice-to-Haves (bonus points if you have these!):

• Some experience in a coordination, admin, or project support role (especially in a technical or regulated industry).
• A basic understanding of how products are developed and agile ways of working.
• Heard of things like RTP (Return to Player) or RNG (Random Number Generator)? Even better!
• A little knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Curiosity about data and how it can help us make decisions.
