Are you passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.

Location: South West London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

About the Role: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. You will support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities based on children’s interests
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Paediatric First Aid (desirable, but not essential)
