• Running a section and to the highest of standards.
• Ensuring the customer experience is at the Tomahawk Standard.
• Adhere to H&S & food Safety requirements outlined in the staff handbook.
• Possess a strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
• Precise cash handling skills.
