Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food production and maintain kitchen efficiency.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

• Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Leadership abilities to manage and supervise kitchen staff
• Experience in food production and team management
• Background in hospitality and restaurant service
