You will provide critical support in analysing complex legal information and summarising findings concisely in a report format. You will review legal documentation in relation to financial services, fintech and blockchain. You will assess and implement standards relating to consumer duty principle, financial promotion regulations as well as dealing with any issues that may occur. You will provide recommendations and offer legal advice where appropriate.
This is a diverse but exciting opportunity working with a great group so an energy and make it happen attitude combined with realistic pragmatism is needed. You will have 4-5 years + PQE as a qualified UK lawyer with solid experience in financial services. Previous experience within the banking and payments industry as well as Fintech or Blockchain experience will be highly regarded.
