Director of Investor Relations and Communication

Fantastic opportunity to join the senior management team, integrating finance, communication and marketing to shape and enhance global relations between the Group and the external financial community. You will head up the communication between the Group and its shareholders, strengthening brand awareness and promoting corporate strategy whilst managing and mentoring a well entrenched team of five. This role has the geographical flexibility to be posted out of several of the global offices.

Responsibilities (including and not limited to):

  • Leading financial analyst briefings
  • Co-ordinating shareholder meetings
  • Releasing financial data and providing commentary to press conferences in relation to financial results, business strategies and investment theses
  • Monitoring and analysing financial and industry trends to keep shareholders and investors across all company developments
  • Liaising with current and prospective investors

Core Skills:

  • 15+ years in the banking sector within investor relations roles
  • A track record of success in growing and developing a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive experience liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes
