Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or functional analyst supporting ERP Distribution processes.
- Strong experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, with emphasis on Distribution modules.
- Experience supporting sales order processing, shipping, pricing, inventory, and invoicing processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, OTRS, or Jira.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts and support processes.
- Experience with JDE E1 UDOs and Orchestrations preferred.
