This role acts as a Data & Reporting Business Partner, supporting business stakeholders with governance, administration, and optimization of ReportsNow dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reporting solutions primarily within the JD Edwards ERP and related business systems. The position serves as the ReportsNow solution administrator, overseeing report standards, scheduling controls, data integrity, and controlled report distribution. It also provides user training and guidance, enabling business teams to develop and enhance their own reports in a structured and sustainable manner.
Qualifications
- BS or BA degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role focused on Data and Reporting (proven experience supporting reporting solutions within ERP - preferably JDE E1).
- Handsâon experience with ReportsNow (preferred) or similar reporting/BI tools (Power BI/Hubble).
- Solid understanding of data structures, ERP data models, and crossâfunctional business processes (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales).
- Proficiency in SQL (data analysis, troubleshooting, queries, etc.).
- Familiarity with ticketing and service management processes (JIRA, Service now, OTRS).
