We’re working with an equipment supplier to the foodservice industry to appoint a Quality Manager – a senior leadership role with real influence across customer, manufacturing and supplier quality. This is a pivotal position for someone who wants to shape and own the quality process, lead teams, and drive measurable improvements in product performance, reliability and customer satisfaction across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining and delivering the quality vision and roadmap for the organisation
  • Leading, developing and mentoring the Quality & Technical teams
  • Owning customer quality, including complaints management and resolution
  • Setting supplier quality standards, conducting audits and driving supplier improvement
  • Embedding robust CAPA processes and quality systems across the business
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards
  • Reducing defects, field failures and cost of poor quality
  • Supporting new product introductions (NPI) with proactive quality planning
  • Partnering closely with Operations to embed quality throughout the supply chain
  • Championing Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven senior-level experience leading Quality / QHSE / Technical functions
  • Strong background across customer, supplier and operational quality
  • Hands-on leader with the ability to influence across functions
  • Data-driven, structured and improvement-focused
  • Experience with ISO standards and audit environments
  • Manufacturing or product-led business experience preferred
  • Relevant professional qualifications are desirable, not essential
