The school: Our Midlands-based secondary schools, located in Northampton, Nuneaton and Leicester, are well-regarded hubs for STEM education. With consistently strong results in Maths at GCSE and A-Level, we offer:

Training structure:
- 4+1 Model: Train four days a week in school, with one day (Wednesdays) reserved for online PGCE study and professional development.
- Sept–Dec: Observe lessons, team-teach with your mentor, build confidence
- Jan–Mar: Lead planning and delivery of Maths lessons, develop assessment strategies
- Apr–Jul: Teach independently, refine your classroom management, complete your PGCE + QTS
What you'll need:
- A degree in Maths or a related field (2:1 or higher preferred)
- OR strong A-level Mathematics
- Passion for Maths and education
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Commitment to learning and developing as a teacher
