We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various automated machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in fabrication, mechanical knowledge, or warehouse experience to develop their skills within a dynamic environment. All positions are paid, including internship opportunities, and require a commitment to safety and quality standards.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Machine Operators to join their team in Elsham, working on afternoon shifts operating automated packing lines. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, but the most important thing is a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor automated packing lines efficiently and safely
