Our Kettering based client is looking for van drivers to start for an ongoing role Monday to Friday with 06:00 to 07:00 starts at £13.50 per hour. The driver will be customer facing, so must be of smart appearance and have a forward-facing positive customer attitude. Candidates must be physically fit and possess a good level of spoken and written English.
Applicants must have basic IT comprehension to use an integrated app. The role involves making 5 to 6 drops per day in London, delivering boxes of food to restaurants using a sack barrow. Working hours can be up to 10 hours a day, driving a Luton van. Central London experience is required, along with a minimum of 1 year’s referenceable driving experience.
The driver will be required to load and unload the vehicle (handball). Applicants must have UK van driving experience and a maximum of 6 points on their licence. This position can lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
