We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on sales and business development. As a Sales-Focused Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while proactively identifying and placing top talent in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Proactively identify and win new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow your client portfolio
- Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Attend client meetings, pitch services, and negotiate terms of business
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels
