We are seeking a dedicated and organised Conveyancing Assistant to join the legal team. The successful candidate will provide vital support in property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Duties- Assist with the preparation and organisation of conveyancing documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal papers.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to facilitate smooth communication throughout property transactions.
- Manage and update case files using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
