We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will specialise in advising high-net-worth individuals on matters such as estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and succession. Duties
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and estate management strategies.
- Manage probate and estate administration processes efficiently and sensitively.
- Negotiate terms of trusts and other legal arrangements to meet clients’ objectives.
- Provide clear legal guidance tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and industry developments.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Requirements
- Qualified or executive with relevant experience specialising in private client work.
- Proven expertise in negotiation within a legal context.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of client care.
