Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Machine Operators to join their team in Elsham, working on afternoon shifts operating automated packing lines. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, but the most important thing is a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated packing lines efficiently and safely
- Maintain product quality and adhere to production standards
- Assist with troubleshooting minor issues and escalate as needed
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Work as part of a collaborative team
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing or operating machinery is required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Reliable and flexible team player
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary increase after initial training and after 12 weeks once permanent with the Client
