Due to continued growth and increasing volumes, our client based in Immingham is looking to add an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to their team, delivering pallet network freight across the local area.
The Role:
- Local multi-drop deliveries (primarily Grimsby & Scunthorpe)
- Monday to Friday work
- Start time: 07:00
- Typically finished by 17:00
Duties:
- Completing up to 15 deliveries per day (occasionally more)
- Tail lift deliveries (electric pump trucks provided)
- Scanning freight using your mobile phone (additional allowance paid)
- Locating and loading your own freight at the depot
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of UK driving laws and regulations
- Physically fit (manual handling involved)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience required
