Warehouse operative with Reach license in Brigg

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative with FLT (with Reach truck license) certification to join our dynamic logistics team. Monday to Thursday 2pm-midnight

Duties

• Operate forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility
• Bailing recyclable waste
• Handle materials with care, including loading and unloading lorries, pallets, and containers
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists
• Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
• Support in organising stock storage areas for optimal space utilisation and accessibility
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in accordance with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid forklift truck licence is essential
• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, ideally with knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Basic mathematical xgikmsk skills for stock counting and data entry tasks
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks throughout the shift
