  • We’re looking for a

Pastry Prep Chef to join the team at The Hand and Flowers in Marlow. Ideally 5 days per week 8am - 4pm but some flexibility is required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys pastry and wants to develop their skills in a professional, high-end kitchen.

You’ll work closely with the pastry team, helping with preparation and ensuring everything is produced to the high standards our guests expect.

The role

  • Preparing pastry, desserts and other components for service
  • Supporting the chefs with daily preparation
  • Following recipes and maintaining consistently high standards
  • Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked
  • Working as part of a busy kitchen team
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

You don’t need to have years of pastry experience, but you should have a genuine interest in desserts, a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
