Supervisor – The Chalk, Chelsea

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join our front-of-house team at The Chalk, just off the King’s Road in Chelsea.
The Chalk is all about great food, brilliant drinks and warm, relaxed hospitality. We’re looking for someone who loves being on the floor, enjoys looking after guests and can help lead and motivate the team to deliver a fantastic experience every day.
The role
As Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team to help with the smooth running of the restaurant and bar. You’ll lead by example, support the team during service and make sure our guests receive the friendly, attentive service we’re known for.
You’ll be someone who is confident taking responsibility when needed, but who is also happy to get stuck in and be part of the team.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, bar or similar hospitality environment
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
- Are confident leading and motivating a team during busy services
- Have great communication and organisational skills
- Are positive, approachable and calm under pressure
- Enjoy working as part of a small, hard working team
- Are keen to learn, develop and progress within hospitality
