Women’s RTW & Accessories – New Opening at Harrods. Tom Ford Fashion is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the new Women’s Ready-to-Wear & Accessories boutique opening at Harrods. The Store Manager will have full responsibility for the commercial performance, operational excellence, and people management of the boutique, ensuring the highest standards of luxury retail execution in line with Brand values and Harrods guidelines.
Reporting to Director Of Stores And Operations, the Store Manager will act as a Brand Ambassador, driving sales performance, developing the client portfolio, and leading the team to deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial & Sales Performance: Drive store sales performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Monitor and analyze business results, defining action plans to optimize performance. Actively contribute to sales activities and high-level client engagement. Develop and grow a strong local and international client portfolio through effective clienteling and CRM strategies.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the sales team in line with Brand standards. Lead by example on the sales floor, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture. Manage staff scheduling, planning, attendance validation, and performance reviews. Promote teamwork, engagement, and professional development.
- Store Operations & Administration: Ensure smooth daily operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures. Oversee cash operations, tax-free processes, invoicing, and administrative activities. Manage budgets, reporting, and operational costs. Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, legal, security, health & safety, and HR policies.
- Client Experience & Brand Standards: Guarantee a consistent, elevated Client Experience aligned with Brand and Harrods guidelines. Ensure full compliance with visual merchandising, product presentation, and service standards. Act as the primary Brand Ambassador within Harrods.
- Compliance, Suppliers & Maintenance: Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee routine and extraordinary maintenance activities. Ensure all operational processes are aligned with internal, legal, and security requirements.
- Proven experience as Store Manager (or Senior Assistant Store Manager ready to step up) within Luxury Retail, preferably in a department store environment such as Harrods.
- Strong background in Women’s Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Solid commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Proven experience in clienteling, CRM, and VIC management.
- High level of organization, precision, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, availability, dynamism, and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working hours: full-time, 5 days per week including weekends and holidays. Workplace: London.
