Client Advisor MRTW – TOM FORD SLOANE STREET

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced MRTW Client Advisor to join our team in London, within the Men’s Ready-to-Wear department. As part of a dynamic and high-performing team, you will embody the brand’s values and deliver an exceptional client experience, consistently exceeding expectations through a refined and personalized service.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a luxury experience at every touchpoint.

· Advise clients on MRTW collections, with a particular focus on tailoring and MTM.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving loyalty and repeat business.

· Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through storytelling and product knowledge.

· Handle client requests and issues with discretion, efficiency, and care.

· Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Men’s Ready-to-Wear, ideally in a luxury environment.

· Proven expertise in tailoring and Made-to-Measure services.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

· Passion for fashion and luxury retail.

· Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
