We are looking for an
Operations&Logistics Assistant to join us in an exciting new role within our Swindon workshop.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is highly organised, clear-thinking, works well with people, and enjoys a challenge.
Our workshop is small and dynamic, with a close-knit team of 18.
You will work alongside our Head of Operations to support day-to-day activity at the workshop, providing the administrative support that helps the whole team work efficiently and effectively — and ensures our customers always receive the best possible service.
- Reporting to the Head of Operations and Logistics, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing full administrative support to the Head of Operations and Logistics
- Acting as the key point of contact for customers for updates on their orders and deliveries
- Being the first point of contact for all inbound phone calls to the workshop
- Communicating progress to agents and clients at every stage of the customer journey
- Helping keep creative projects on track
- Managing IT and phone systems, and responding promptly to any issues
- What we are looking for
- 3–5 years' experience in an office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Strong systems and IT skills, with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player who is adaptable and proactive
