Key Responsibilities
- Respond to residential service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and offer practical solutions to clients.
- Estimate costs for repairs and installations, ensuring accurate quotes.
- Perform repairs and installations efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain excellent customer rapport and promote our company brand.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE A CURRENT KENTUCKY JOURNEYMAN\’S PLUMBING LICENSE
- Must have experience in residential plumbing service.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays as needed.
- Strong Customer Service Skills – Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Some shifts begin at 8 AM, some shifts end at 8 PM – We even have a \”4 – Day / 10 hour\” Shift (Sunday through Wednesday 9 AM – 8 PM with Thur-Fri-Sat as days OFF!) Flexibility to work during these hours is preferred!
