Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a top-quality person to join our busy Cincy Warehouse Team! Full Time - Hourly position! Monday - Friday (Day Shift) with occasional Saturdays.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting our Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Techs in our busy Warehouse.
- Stock, pull, and deliver materials to technicians in the field (using company vehicle).
- Load and unload freight and manage warehouse inventory.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and basic data entry tasks.
- Conduct bi-weekly cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.
- Manage inventory, receive materials, and fulfil orders for truck restocks.
- Partner with techs in the field to ensure they have what they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Lead the charge on warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Great "Customer Service" attitude and focus on supporting our Field Techs.
- Follow all warehouse and safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role.
- Experience using a forklift.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity.
- Valid driver’s license required - Good Driving Record.
