Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, managers, parts, and installation teams.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Follow HVAC safety guidelines and meet local codes.
- Remove old systems and install new systems as per installation checklist.
- Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Train install helpers assigned to assist you.
- Keep customers informed about ongoing work and solutions.
- Maintain truck inventory for optimal efficiency.
- Promote our brand and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Preferred: 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service experience
