What You’ll Be Doing
As a Residential HVAC Installation Lead Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service to our valued customers:
- Respond to residential HVAC installation calls promptly and professionally.
- Install HVAC systems in residential homes with precision and care.
- Resolve customer requests and issues with expertise and a smile.
- Promote our brand and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Provide expert solutions and options to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
We want a skilled HVAC expert who takes pride in their craft and values exceptional customer service:
- Journeyman license is preferred
- Must have Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Experience and Education
- Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred!!
Compensation
Your pay will be based on experience, with plenty of room for growth!
