We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager to partner with our clients across Wholesale, Contract and Trade. Reporting into the Country Sales Manager, this is a full-time role based in London with some travel across the UK and Ireland to visit clients and represent the brand.

About the Role
As part of our ongoing ambition to build the global Tom Dixon Brand experience and deliver growth in sales within EMEA, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. You’ll be working alongside some of the best talent in the industry across creative design, range development, marketing and sales and have all the tools to succeed to grow the UK business with our clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Sales – Accountable for achieving sales targets across assigned wholesale contract accounts within the UK and Ireland.
- Business Development - Strategically drive and proactively manage the growth of our business in the UK across Wholesale, Contract and Trade.
- Relationship Management – Strengthen, develop and maintain the relationships with our retailers, A&D’s and contract dealers.
- Customer Activations – Ensure that any customer activations relating to new product launches, shop installs, events and marketing are well planned out and executed through strategic collaboration with our key customers and the wider Tom Dixon team.
- Brand Ambassador - Develop and deliver monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews and product training sessions for all customers, dealers and agents as required in collaboration with our team.
About You
- Proven sales experience (3-5 years), preferably within the furniture lighting industry.
- You are dynamic, commercially-minded and hungry to grow within a fast-paced environment.
- You are open-minded and enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge with your customers and the greater business.
- You thrive while working independently or as part of a team.
- You are a self-starter, structured and organised.
- Delivering sales growth motivates you and you like to understand and relay the numbers.
- You are passionate about building relationships, offering a great customer experience, and selling.
- You are a great storyteller and identify with the brand.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
