About the Role
With a strong focus on events, retail activations, social media, digital marketing, partner marketing, and sales enablement, you’ll work closely with Creative, Sales, Retail, and external partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns for a globally recognised luxury design brand. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage the administrative demands of this role. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead global marketing projects from briefing through to execution across UK, US, and APAC
- Manage Creative workflows, timelines, and weekly Marketing x Creative meetings
- Project manage flagship international events (Salone del Mobile, London Design Festival, 3 Days of Design etc.)
- Own APAC marketing activity, including tours, partner activations, and local execution
- Deliver retail and seasonal campaigns (SS/AW launches, Black Friday, Sample Sales etc)
- Create and manage partner and trade marketing activity, including co-branded assets
- Develop sales enablement tools, presentations, and trade launch packs
- Manage global LinkedIn and Instagram channels with a B2B focus
- Manage B2B newsletters and work closely with relevant teams to build contact databases
- Support PR activity including generating newsletters, influencers, product seeding, and coverage tracking
- Manage marketing team agendas, minutes, scheduling, and follow-ups.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious individual who ideally has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience under their belt and is ready for the next step. More concretely we are looking for:
- A university degree in a relevant discipline, preferably Marketing or a related field, would be an advantage.
- With a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in marketing or communications, ideally within luxury, design, or lifestyle, you bring strong project management skills and a proven ability to deliver global campaigns.
- You are a highly organised, proactive marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- You are confident working cross-functionally with creative teams and senior stakeholders, and you build strong relationships quickly across the business.
- You are accustomed to working with international teams across the USA, EMEA, and the UK, you communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
- You are familiar with CRM and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, and you have a genuine interest for design, culture, and brand storytelling.
