Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will manage and optimize the inbound flow from suppliers to our warehouse in Denmark.

The ideal candidate will act as the key link between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvements to enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Maintain inventory and service accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation.

Operations & Logistics Coordination

Collaborate with 3PL providers, Inbound carriers, and distribution partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Monitor and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with logistics providers.

Resolve escalations related to shipping delays, damages, or stock discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and import/export documentation.

Drive sustainability and efficiency projects in logistics operations.

Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety requirements, and legal obligations.

Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align operational strategies.

Develop and deliver regular reports on KPIs including inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and logistics costs.

Analyse operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.

This role is suitable for a ambitious and motivated early career supply chain professional with some previous experience working in supply chain, logistics or operations.

2–4 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.

~ Strong knowledge of logistics operations, 3PL management, and supply chain best practices.

~ Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and transportation management systems (TMS).
