We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join the Tom Dixon team. This role is crucial in defining and maintaining the visual identity and brand consistency across all global touchpoints for our British luxury lighting, furniture and accessories brand. Reporting to the Head of PR & Marketing, you will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Sales and Product Development teams on extraordinary global campaigns, sales and marketing tools, visually compelling product packaging and creative content in Tom Dixon’s London Headquarters, the Coal Office.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of PR & Marketing and working closely with our MD and Creative Director of Design Research Studio (DRS), you will be delivering graphics for the Tom Dixon Brand as well as for DRS and their external clients. This will include the following:
- Design and Execution: Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality creative assets across both print and digital platforms, including: Campaign Visuals, Trade Marketing Tools, Website and eCommerce visuals, Social Media Content, Retail Store and Exhibition graphics, packaging design updates, and campaign merchandise.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual output aligns with the established Tom Dixon brand guidelines, maintaining the brand's unique, innovative and British aesthetic and ensuring this is maintained and kept up to date.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Development teams to translate business and marketing objectives into impactful visual solutions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets, and overseeing the production process through to final execution. Organizing and maintaining a library of design assets, ensuring easy access and reference for Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Sales teams.
- Industry trends: Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and relevant while maintaining the core direction and tone of voice for the Tom Dixon Brand.
About You
We’re looking for a globally minded designer with exceptional taste, curiosity, and sensitivity to both the aesthetics of the present and the craft of the past. You will balance creativity, technical precision, and project leadership - thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. More concretely we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a luxury, design, or lifestyle brand environment.
- Software Proficiency: Expert command of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with motion graphics or 3D rendering (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic sense, exceptional typography skills, attention to detail and experience in both print production and digital design.
- Passionate about design, furniture, and lighting, with a keen eye for emerging creative trends.
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and managing complex project relationships.
- Ambition and drive - eager to take on responsibility, grow with the business, and push creative boundaries.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - a people person who thrives in collaboration.
