We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will manage and optimize the inbound flow from suppliers to our warehouse in Denmark. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient inbound processes, while maintaining compliance and company standards. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvements to enhance service levels, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
About the Role
- Inbound Inventory Management
- Oversee key inbound operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage inbound flows, including supplier management, purchase orders, order fulfilment, and returns.
- Maintain inventory and service accuracy through regular audits and reconciliation.
- Operations & Logistics Coordination
- Collaborate with 3PL providers, Inbound carriers, and distribution partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) with logistics providers.
- Resolve escalations related to shipping delays, damages, or stock discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and import/export documentation.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Standardize procedures across multiple regional sites.
- Drive sustainability and efficiency projects in logistics operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety requirements, and legal obligations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align operational strategies.
- Work with IT to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on inbound operations matters.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Develop and deliver regular reports on KPIs including inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and logistics costs.
- Analyse operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.
About you
This role is suitable for an ambitious and motivated early career supply chain professional with some previous experience working in supply chain, logistics or operations. More specifically, you would have:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, 3PL management, and supply chain best practices.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
