This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to have a strong influence on the culture, direction and success of the Tom Dean Swim School and on our overall business. Tom Dean Swim School has ambitious plans and is looking at innovative ways to engage the local community through the leisure offer.
TDSS is recruiting for the position of Team Leader reporting to the Hub Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day operation of the site including health and safety
- Providing excellent customer experience
- Assisting with sick and cover leave

Qualifications:
- Have a Swim England Level 2 or STA Full Swimming Instructor Qualifications (or the equivalent international qualification)
- Have experience of swimming teaching
- Have or have held a recognised pool rescue award (preferable) or be able to obtain it within a set period if not held
DBS Level 2 Swimming Instructor positions are classed as a regulated post and therefore will require a DBS Disclosure. Where the individual does not already hold a DBS Disclosure, it will be necessary for the post holder to be submitted for a DBS check.
